
Panama City is a city in and the county seat of Bay County, Florida. Located along U.S. Route 98 it is the largest city between between Tallahassee and Pensacola, Florida. When Panama City was incorporated in 1909, its original city limits were 15th Street (Hwy 98) on the north, Balboa Avenue on the west and Bay Avenue on the east.
Panama City and surrounding Bay County are best known for white sand beaches and crystal blue water, where large pods of dolphins swim year-round. These beaches attract hundreds of thousands of visitors from all over the world each year.
