When, in the early 90s and between Olgiate Solbiate Olona, Jack Nicklaus found himself facing the flat for about seventy acres to the golf course "The Robinie", Had no doubts about what was done: dig, dig, dig. So the bulldozers moved two million cubic meters of earth and gravel to form that masterpiece ravines, amphitheatres, terraces bunkers and lakes which brings the unmistakable imprint of ' "Golden Bear". A hundred golf courses in the world carry the same signature, but only one in Italy, this! A masterpiece already considered among the best in Europe.

Nicklaus, obsessively meticulous has amended and corrected many of 18 holes made to obtain the result according to its ingenious design. A challenging field, not "punitive" where you can play at each level (there are five tees for each hole) and where everyone from amateur to professional, Can draw satisfaction: the variety of design of the route calls for players to practice every kind of shot. In "The Robinie" the Game attack is recommended for good golfers, but not to risk, it can be fun to play defense, and with remarkable results, considering that the form an amphitheater almost all the holes can clearly see the obstacles.
