Without a home in sight, Chickasaw Golf Course is one of a kind. From the handcrafted log clubhouse, everyone can enjoy a picturesque view of gently rolling fairways framed by ancient Oak trees and massive Pines.
Golfers will notice four sets of tees located at each hole - perfect to challenge every skill level. Those that want to test their endurance can play the full 7,118 yards. Golfers interested in a shorter game can curtail their yardage by playing one of the other three sets of challenging tees. Flowing water from Piney Creek and several other smaller tributaries and wetlands pose a daunting hazard to careless tee and fairway shots. Intimidating bunkers protect the undulating surfaces of the newly renovated putting greens.
Located in Western Tennessee, Chickasaw Golf Course is only ten minutes from the charming town of Henderson and about ninety minutes from the bustle of Memphis. Set in the heart of Chickasaw State Park, everyone can find something to do - both golfers and non-golfers alike. For those who like to take advantage of outdoor activities, the park is the ideal place: boating, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, and swimming are all right there. Henderson is famous for its wonderful restaurants and even claims to be home to Tennessee’s best hamburger.
Fun shops, friendly people, and great events, such as the Annual BBQ Festival will make unforgettable memories for everyone.
Chickasaw Golf Course is operated by GDSI, Inc. a golf course management company. The new management at Chickasaw has implemented a vision of improved value, conditions and service for the patrons of Chickasaw Golf Course. As a result of the management change, Chickasaw Golf Course is no longer a part of the Tennessee Golf Trail.
